We have immediate openings for weatherization specialist / handyman positions. Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.
Weatherization Technicians assess, retrofit, and seal residential and commercial buildings to reduce energy loss and lower utility costs for homeowners and tenants. Working under Synergy Companies Weatherization Assistance Program guidelines or private contractors, they install insulation, air seal building envelopes, upgrade HVAC systems, and conduct diagnostic testing to verify energy performance improvements.
