Job Description
About Us
Executive Roofing Systems is a family-owned commercial roofing contractor serving building owners, property managers, facility managers, and general contractors. Our team operates as trusted advisors by delivering responsive communication, high-quality workmanship, and reliable roofing solutions that protect our clients' assets.
We are growing and looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our commercial roofing service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, year-round work and a long-term career in the roofing and construction industry, not just a seasonal job.
Position Overview
The Service Technician will work alongside a Service Foreman in a company service truck completing daily work orders. Work orders typically include leak detection, roof repairs, preventative maintenance, and roof inspections for commercial buildings.
This role supports the foreman in completing service work safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards while learning the technical skills required to advance in the roofing industry.
Career Growth Opportunity: This role is a training path to becoming a Service Foreman and operating your own service truck — with the pay increase that comes with it. We invest in our people through on-the-job training, manufacturer certifications, and real opportunities for advancement within the company.
