Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to design and develop robust data visualization solutions and deliver actionable insights. This role involves building complex dimensional data models, creating compelling dashboards, and implementing advanced reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the agency. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer enterprise-wide data solutions and ensure accuracy, scalability, and usability of reports and dashboards.
Years - Requirement - Experience
8+ - Required - Mastery in data analytics, creating complex reports
4+ - Required - Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards & interactive visual reports)
4+ - Required - Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and Python scripts for deep analysis
1+ - Required - Experience working with Texas state agencies
