HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PICKER/PACKER IN HOUSTON, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Picker/Packers to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position is responsible for packing products, applying labels, and preparing packages for shipment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $15/hour 
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Houston, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products according to order specifications
• Pack products in bubble bags and prepare them for shipment
• Apply labels accurately to products and packages
• Box and prepare completed orders for fulfillment
• Follow all warehouse and production procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Follow all site-specific safety and cleanliness requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
• Closed-toe shoes are required
• Comfortable clothing is permitted; exercise attire and baggy clothing are not allowed on the production floor
• Smartwatches are not permitted on the production floor
• Clean Room Requirements: Associates assigned to the clean room must arrive freshly showered and cannot wear makeup, perfume, or jewelry of any kind
• All required PPE for clean room assignments will be provided by the client
