Lobby AttendantThe Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the hotel's lobby and public areas. This role ensures all guest-facing spaces are clean, welcoming, and in accordance with brand and company standards.Pay Range: $15.00-$20.50Minimum RequirementsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.ExperiencePrevious cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.Hospitality environment experience a plus.Skills & KnowledgeStrong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.Good communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.HRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides fair and equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other protected status prohibited under Federal, State, or local laws.
