The Ideal candidate has experience preparing concrete surfaces and applying coatings. The position requires operating large industrial grade surface preparation equipment, including planetary grinders, hand grinders and large industrial vacuums. Experience with various coatings is also beneficial, including epoxies, polyurea, polyaspartic and vinyl chip. Painting experience and detailed prep work is a plus. Owner is willing to train the right candidate and pay for installation certification. Must have dependable transportation and a desire to excel and grow with the company.
Duties will include Machine Operator, Driver, Floor Diamond Grinding, Painting. Experience desired but not required. Pay will be based on experience.
